Information Needed To Start Pre-enrollment Process

Pre-enrollment Form
Before you begin, please take a minute to learn about the Pre-Enrollment process and noteworthy information about the Accountability Wizard. The pre-enrollment is designed to help you determine whether your organization is ready to go through the Wizard. 

Noteworthy Items
Time Limit for Completion: You can work on part of the Wizard, save your answers, logout, and come back to it. If the Wizard is not completed within two months time, the organization will be listed as INCOMPLETE.  This will tell donors that the organization was unable or unwilling to complete the process.

Mentorships Available: If you identify any significant issues that will prevent you from meeting all or most of the Council standards in one area or more during your completion of the Wizard, please let us know.  We  have several retired nonprofit executive directors available for a one time consultation assisting you in making an assessment and a plan for meeting Council standards.  For more information on this program, please contact the Council about our Mentorship Project
